Welcome to The Three Valleys

South of the Haute-Garonne, on the foothills of the Central Pyrenees known as "The Comminges" the district of Aspet - named also The Three Valleys - invite you to discover a landscape shaped by forested mountains and cool water and where the air is clean and bracing.

The Cagire peak and the Paloumère Range are the delight of those who practise hang-glide, hiking and mountain-bike. Incidentally, the Col of Portet d'Aspet - a mountain pass - is well-known to the bicycle Tour-de-France fans. The nearby ski station of Mourtis and the proximity of Spain is an added attraction for the 3 Valleys.
It is in these foothills that the mountain bears have been released.
